Return Policy
There are no returns for livestock (animals, feeder insects, isopods, springtails, or plants) unless approved by the management. Products (excluding UVB bulbs) may be returned for exchange if they are unopened or have been determined to be defective.

Purchases of items online, excluding those listed above, can be returned at the expense of the customer. Reptile Ready will not pay for shipping of items that are being returned unless approved.

We do not offer a live arrival guarantee for animals, feeder insects, isopods, springtails, or plants that are shipped.

Online purchases that have not yet been shipped out to the customer qualify for a full refund if the customer requests a refund. A full refund will be issued for items that were out of stock on online purchases that were incorrectly shown as in stock.

Shipping

Reptile Ready only ships products across Canada. We do not ship internationally.

We do not offer a live arrival guarantee for shipped animals, feeder insects, isopods, springtails, or live plants. Unfortunately, shipping is out of our hands and can sometimes be unreliable and packages can be delayed or mishandled.

The shipping rates you see are the actual cost we pay, we do not make money on shipping. We know it can be expensive, but we don't set the rates :(

Plant Safety

All of our plants are grown by us without the use of dangerous substances such as perlite, vermiculite, fertilizers, and additives. Our plants are shipped bare-root, wrapped in moist sphagnum moss, and placed in a plastic bag. We cannot guarantee all plants are non-toxic to animals if ingested. We have done ample research, however, always do your own as well.
